HungerNdThirst gets CBF recognition

The Central Office for Fundraising (CBF) gives this recognition to fundraising organisations that responsibly raise money for a good cause. 

Charities with recognition are checked annually by the CBF and tested in detail once every three years. 

How do you get a recognised charity?

In order to be a recognised charity, an organisation must meet stringent quality requirements. Recognition confirms that the foundation HungerNdThirst Foundation: 

  • Works from achievable goals and a clear plan of action 
  • Projects evaluates and verifies effectiveness 
  • Carefully deal with revenues and expenses, by clear rules and accountability within the organisation and to the public 
  • Auditors and a CBF supervisor 
  • Take serious complaints and deal with personal data carefully
